At last after an adventurous few years the gallery will be opening the month of August for a pop up exhibition called "Making Your Mark".
During Covid a lot of work was done to the gallery to turn it around from a tired looking shop into what, I hope you will think, is an environment in which you will wish to spend time, enjoy looking at the art, relax and offer a retreat from the everyday stresses of life.
The window displays a celebration of seventy year. One for the Queens Jubilee the other the length of time that we as a family have lived at 13a. The photos a visual insight into the Smith family, and my life at the family home.
Andrew, Yogi and I are looking forward to meeting you when we open the doors in August.
